1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on or using the Vishtra Money platform, website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Partner Eligibility

Partners must be at least 18 years old, hold valid KYC documents and operate a genuine business. Vishtra Money may approve, decline or suspend any registration at its discretion.

3. Services

Vishtra Money enables partners to offer banking, payment, recharge, travel, insurance and other services provided by our banking and service partners. Service availability may vary by location and may change from time to time.

4. Wallet, Commission & Settlement

Partners must maintain sufficient wallet balance to carry out transactions. Commission is credited according to the applicable commission structure and may be revised with prior notice. Wallet balances can be settled to the partner's registered bank account.

5. Partner Obligations

Partners must verify customer identity where required, follow all applicable laws and guidelines, keep login credentials confidential and never charge customers more than the permitted fees.

6. Fees & Charges

Any applicable fees, charges or taxes will be communicated through the app or website before they apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vishtra Money is not liable for losses caused by partner negligence, misuse of the platform, network failures or events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Termination

Vishtra Money may suspend or terminate a partner account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or regulatory requirements. Partners may close their account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
